Hotel muy nuevo, el lobby es nuevo y el ambiente es muy bueno. Hay personal para ayudarle con el check-in. El vestíbulo está bien equipado. La habitación es de estilo industrial y está limpia en general. La habitación es un poco pequeña.

Instalaciones: Muy completas, pero los hoteles europeos no disponen de artículos de aseo, recuerda traer los tuyos propios. Higiene: Muy limpio, limpian todos los días. Ambiente: Muy bueno, especialmente el área social del primer piso. Servicio: Se trata de un apartamento y hotel para estudiantes, por lo que las instalaciones también incluyen servicio de lavandería; Hay un delicioso jugo en la entrada del ascensor en el primer piso alrededor de las 9 de la mañana, lo cual es muy reconfortante.

the hotel is clean, modern and has good location as the tram is right outside. everything was great except that all my jewellery were stolen while i left my room to roam around the city. all my jewellery was worth at least Eur 3,000. i left them in a box which was placed in my luggage since there was no safe in my room. but when i came back to the room after a whole day out, all the jewellery were gone. the hotel managers were helpful initially, saying they would investigate and compensate me for my loss. but after i gave them all the receipts and credit card transactions of those items which were stolen from me, the managers just ignored my emails despite me trying to ask them for any updates on the progress of my case. at the very least, they could show me the cctv and allowed me to talk to the cleaner/staffs entering my room while i was away but that didn’t happen. i dont even know what is going on now that im already back to my home country, and the hotel did not even bother to update me anything even though they promised to investigate and compensate. hopefully, someone fm the hotel could see this and get back to me please! im honestly traumatised, nvr expected that my stuffs could be stolen right inside my room in a reputable hotel.

從前台走到房間有點遠，除了這個沒有缺點了。房間很大每天打掃，樓下公共區域也很豐富熱鬧。門口有電車站，出行也方便

由於網站上的房形並沒有18平的房間可訂，因此訂的是行政房20平，因為我已在這酒店住了3個晚上，這是第四晚了，酒店職員說，不用我再搬房，一直住在同一房間便可以了，這酒店跟本不分房大小的，用家來看，是否訂便宜的房閒便可以了
